Meet Carmelita Collier, MBA

Carmelita Collier, MBA is the founder of She Builds Society™, a community created to empower women to grow in faith, build wealth, strengthen their wellness, develop as leaders, and create lasting legacies.

A seasoned Real Estate Advisor, educator, mentor, and community leader, Carmelita brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to her work. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Georgia State University and an MBA in Real Estate Development from Liberty University.

Her leadership development includes the DeKalb Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy, the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Women's Council Leadership Academy, and New Birth Missionary Baptist Church's Leadership Development program. As a Certified Mentor with eXp Realty, Carmelita has also taught and mentored real estate professionals in the company's virtual learning environment.

Through She Builds Society™, Carmelita is building a supportive space where women can connect, gain practical knowledge, pursue meaningful goals, and become more confident in every area of life. Her vision is to help women move beyond inspiration and take intentional steps toward ownership, opportunity, purpose, and legacy.

With more than 20 years in real estate and an MBA in Real Estate Development, Carmelita knows that building property and rebuilding lives go hand in hand. When women own, develop, and invest, whole communities rise with them.
